I have produced multimedia marketing materials for The United Way, The Red Cross, The Salvation Army and The University of Victoria; countless articles and ads for small and medium-sized businesses; and numerous books, including 4 recent commissions for the largest wholesale publisher in the world. Finally, my first direct mail campaign resulted in an unbelievable 9,000% return on my investment, thanks to some creative copy and unique guerrilla marketing tactics.

Even so, after more than a decade working with hundreds of people, I have learned a valuable lesson: every client sees the world differently. Some have playfully suggested that I’m too efficient, while others seem to be in a time warp. Some have paid my flat rates without blinking, while others have run away screaming. This realization rekindled the spirit of service that helped launch my career, so in celebration of my auspicious 13th year in business, you can have me by the hour 🙂
